1.Employees of the Scottsdale FireDepartment of varying ranks, roles,years of service, and from both theLabor group and Managementgroup.
2.Employees of the City of Scottsdalefrom varying departments with day-to-day relationships with the firedepartment, and varying levels¹ ofresponsibility within the city.
3.External partners to the ScottsdaleFire Department from both theprivate and public sector with day-to-day relationships.
